It is recommended at breakfast to take 2 tablespoons of flakes and mix them with milk, yogurt or fruit juice. At lunch take 2 tablespoons of flakes of any of our varieties with vegetable broth or with our soups or natural vegetables always trying to be of the time. In all cases, the flakes should be poured in the last 5 minutes of cooking. At dinner take 2 tablespoons of flakes with fruit salad, vegetables or natural fruit juices.
