TASTING NOTES

Visual Phase

Green color with light yellow tones, viscous, full-bodied and very bright appearance.

Olfactory Phase

Maturity is appreciated with medium intensity of ripe fruitiness. Tomato and banana are clearly appreciated in harmony with almonds, combined with notes of fig leaf.

Gustatory Phase

Due to its silky texture, its entry into the mouth is pleasant. The attributes detected in the nose are appreciated again, including some more such as artichoke, with a mature, fruity and slightly green taste. Bitterness and spiciness are present firmly to a good extent, that is, medium-high intensity without overshadowing the fruity notes of ripe black olives, highlighting the very ripe nuance that envelops the entire oral cavity and invades the retro-nasal passage leaving a long aftertaste and conferring astringency at the end.
