Intense green color, creamy, full-bodied, and very shiny.
Freshness with a high intensity of fruity notes, with a predominance of green. The leaf is clearly appreciated in combination with notes of freshly cut grass, as well as fruity descriptors such as banana or fig, and highlighting aromas of tomato plant and mint.
Due to its silky texture, it has a pleasant mouthfeel. The attributes detected in the nose are again appreciated, including some additional ones such as artichoke and green wheat, with a fresh, fruity, and green flavor. Bitterness and spiciness are present firmly to a good extent, that is, medium intensity without surpassing the fruity olive, highlighting the touch of good grass and chlorophyll that envelops the entire oral cavity and invades the retro-nasal passage, leaving a long aftertaste and conferring astringency in the end.
Oil balanced in fruitiness, aromas, spiciness, and bitterness, while being complex due to the variety of nuances and harmonious due to the balance of these, making it an elegant oil in the overall assessment.
