Pinea, the name chosen both for this wine and to baptize the project, is the name given to a majestic Pinus pinea that presides over the house vineyard. Thus, this red wine is the flagship of the house. It is made exclusively with Tempranillo; a percentage of the wine is made through integral vinification, where fermentation and aging are carried out in French oak barrels, to then incorporate a 'coupage' of aged wines. The wine, once assembled, rests in barrels for 24 months. The result is a tremendously complex and aromatic red wine, with a very wide aromatic range and a very, very balanced palate.
