About Finca La Rosala

For many, the best nuts in the world (Ciudad Real)

Además, Finca La Rosala es uno de nuestros vendedores recomendados: porque confiamos en ellos para daros el mejor producto y servicio

Description

At Finca La Rosala we discovered a way to bring the essence of Iran directly to your table, through our irresistible Saffron and Lemon Pistachios.
Have you ever thought that somewhere in the world pistachios are eaten like sunflower seeds?
You know that in the company of a good glass of wine that moment will be extraordinary.

We will tell you how they are enjoyed in other parts of the world below...

From the fields of Iran to ours in Castilla-La Mancha, our pistachios are of the Kerman variety, an Iranian region that gives its name to this variety because it is the place where it originated.

However, we only bring this seed home to Spain, and with organic farming techniques we plant and cultivate them on our own Finca La Rosala.

This allows us to control conditions that ensure you receive a product of higher quality than that of Iran, for example larger in size, retaining the intense flavor, and remaining fresh throughout the year.

Would you like a gustatory trip to Iran? Direct ticket to the richness of flavors enjoyed at Iranian tables

By improving the product compared to that of Iran, we want to make sure you taste it as if you were in this country.

No, let's correct that: better than if you were in this country.
The tradition in Iran involves soaking the pistachios in water with lemon and saffron, and then naturally toasting them.
Subsequently, they are placed on trays in the center of social event tables, where each family member or friend enjoys savoring them first, and then removing the shell to eat the pistachio with the flavor of saffron and lemon.
Would you be willing to perform this ritual at home?

Watch our photo collection video to see how we toast them in Spain in artisanal ovens.

Gluten and lactose free: Ideal for those with food intolerances, our Saffron and Lemon Pistachios are a safe and delicious option to enjoy at any time.

No additives or artificial ingredients: We are committed to offering you an authentic and healthy product, without compromising quality or flavor.

Uses and Pairing

Perfect as a gourmet appetizer.

Our chef recommends adding them to pasta dishes and salads (lightly crushed in both).

Enjoy them with a cup of green tea or flavored herbal tea while savoring the citrusy flavor of these pistachios. You will experience a relaxing and delicious pairing experience.

Pair them with fruity white wines like Riesling or light Chardonnay. The freshness of the lemon and the subtlety of the saffron will complement the wine flavors perfectly. Also great paired with wheat beers.
