The potato mille-feuille is a gourmet product ideal for accompanying main dishes or enjoying as the star of a sophisticated meal. This mille-feuille is made with thin layers of potato that, after preparation, offer a perfect contrast between a creamy interior and a golden, crispy exterior.
Preparation:
- Thaw for 24 hours outside of its packaging on a perforated tray.
- It is recommended to portion it while semi-frozen.
- Fry in a fryer or pan at 180ºC, completely covering it with oil, for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Bake at 220ºC for 15 minutes until golden on the outside and hot on the inside.
Consume immediately after cooking or store in the refrigerator (0-4ºC) for a maximum of 24 hours. After this time, it should be discarded to ensure freshness and quality.
