Prunotto Barolo is a red wine made from Nebbiolo in the DOCG Barolo by Prunotto.
Maceration for 15 days at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels and, to a lesser extent, in secondary barrels for 24 months. After bottling, the wine spends a further 12 months in the Prunotto cellars.
In the mouth it is rich, fresh, full of strength and vitality, sometimes firm due to the strong texture of the tannins; it finishes with a lingering finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Full and velvety flavour, very balanced.
