This tea contains vitamins B, C and D. It also provides minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iodine, zinc, fluorine. It provides fiber, polyphenols, theophylline and caffeine. The pu erh contains less caffeine than green tea.
How to use:
Infusion (boil for a few moments) 1 dessert spoon per cup of water. Let steep for a few minutes, strain and take up to 3 times a day.
