Storage conditions
Store in refrigeration (between 0°C and 6°C). Once opened, consume within 48
hours.
Instructions/Intended use
Cut the product into three parts (1.5 cm thickness, approximately).
In a pan/griddle: Grease the pan and heat on medium heat (100°C-115°C).
When the oil is hot, add the product and cook for about one and a half
to two minutes on each side.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 140oC (top-bottom heat + fan: ). Lightly grease
the surface of the product and place it on a baking tray
in the middle position. Bake for 12 minutes.
