Tasting Note:

• Variety and Production: Made with 100% Tinta del País grapes. It has a production period of 20 to 30 days at a temperature between 24 and 26º with the aim of achieving a greater fruit intensity, and a 12-month aging in French and American oak barrels in equal parts, with one-third of them being new barrels and the rest being barrels that are one to two years old. The aging process is completed with one year of bottle rest.
• Appearance: Intense red color with a violet edge.
• Nose: Aromas of red fruit combined with the toasty and spicy notes of the barrel.
• Palate: With floral notes. It is an elegant, fruity wine with a gentle tannin. Pairing and Serving Temperature:
• Ideal with red meats, big game, and semi-cured cheeses. Serve between 14-17ºC.
