Small grape grains macerated in Sauternes and coated in dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Raisins 28.3%, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, Sauternes wine 1.8%, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, natural vanilla flavor, coating agent: starch, glucose syrup, gum arabic, shellac, preservative: E220, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, peach flavor (alcohol, peach, water, flavor).
The laboratories use nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), peanuts, sesame and poppy seeds, wheat products, soy, and dairy products.
Storage and tasting tips: Enjoy Guinguet chocolates at room temperature (20-22°C). Like cheese, always start tasting with chocolates with lower cocoa content and work your way up to stronger cocoa chocolates. Store chocolates preferably in a cool, dry place (15-18°C) and, if possible, in their original packaging. Take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting.
