The Red Wine Emilio Clemente Crianza from the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O.. Utiel-Requena and made with Tempranillo (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), Merlot (25%) and Bobal (10%) grapes.
Made with maximum control over the optimum moment of ripening. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and a post-fermentation maceration is performed to extract a higher concentration of compounds. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and then another 12 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
