The cellar and vineyards located on the grounds of the Monastery of Corias recover the ancestral Benedictine tradition of cultivating the vine and making wines in their monasteries. The varieties Albarín tinto, Mencía, Carrasquín, and Verdejo tinto, blended in this wine, are hand-harvested in high mountain vineyards, at their optimum ripeness. The careful winemaking process and its stay for a few months in excellent oak barrels give it its characteristic body and aroma, a product of the land and the hands that bring it to life.
