The Vino Tinto Más de Subirá Crianza is a magnificent representation of the Denominación de Origen Priorat, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Spain. Made with a blend of 60% Cariñena and 40% Garnacha grapes, this wine combines the intensity of these two native varieties, resulting in a unique experience for wine lovers.
The production of this wine follows a meticulous process, starting with the harvest of the grapes in small 16 kg boxes. This careful handling ensures that the grapes arrive in optimal conditions at the winery. Once there, a thorough selection of the best clusters is carried out to ensure the quality of the final product. After destemming and crushing the grapes, a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature is carried out for 36 hours, allowing the maximum extraction of aromas and flavors from the grapes.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the temperature and other parameters are precisely controlled to ensure a balanced result. Once fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes a 12-month aging in French oak barrels, giving it a robust structure and complexity in its flavors.
