Re Minor 2019 , little brother of Requiem, 100% Tinto Fino, aged for 8 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with temperature control and without sulfur .Bodegas Requiem Hispania is a project that was born almost two decades ago with the idea of becoming big from small with a "garage wine". The result: bottled rebelliousness of purple color and roasted nuances. Pablo Miranda and Adolfo González decided it was time to do something different with the tempranillo variety and, at the same time, break the mold in Ribera del Duero.
