Posterior limb from adult Duroc breed pigs. The meat of Duroc breed pigs is characterized by very good fat infiltration, making it perfect for making ham.
It stands out for its low salt content (25% less) and its sweet flavor.
Product made following the traditional Galician artisanal process of salting and curing. The final result is a Serrano Ham with uniform and homogeneous conformity, with a round cut and no hoof, but with skin.
