Duroc breed Cured Ham, approximately 7 kgs in weight and a minimum of 14 months of curing, Torre de Núñez brand, the best quality.

Posterior limb from adult Duroc breed pigs. The meat of Duroc breed pigs is characterized by very good fat infiltration, making it perfect for making ham.

It stands out for its low salt content (25% less) and its sweet flavor.

Product made following the traditional Galician artisanal process of salting and curing. The final result is a Serrano Ham with uniform and homogeneous conformity, with a round cut and no hoof, but with skin.

  • TEXTURE: Homogeneous, not very fibrous, and without pastiness or softening. Optimal fat infiltration thanks to its Duroc genetics.
  • COLOR AND APPEARANCE WHEN CUT: Characteristic pink to purple-red color in the lean part and shiny appearance of the fat. Homogeneous when cut.
