Its flavor is tremendously aromatic and being low in caffeine makes it a perfect alternative to coffee.

Add 3 tablespoons of tea to 1 liter of cold water and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Reuse by boiling longer to extract the remaining flavor.
Infuse with a teaspoon of tea (6-8g). Cover and let steep for a few minutes. It can be infused again up to two times by extending the steeping time.
