The Ron Blanco Bisabuelo is the most immediate result of the distillation of sugar cane juice. From selected cane, the authenticsugar cane essence is obtained. It is a complex and entertaining white rum, citrus, flowers and banana aromas predominate in the mouth.
The process begins with the cutting of the cane by farmers in the area, once the cane arrives at the factory, the grinding process begins to obtain the juice, then the juice is left to ferment between 48 - 60 hours to then begin with the distillation.
Finally, the process is completed with the proper aging and the mastery in creating the best blends
