Craft rum from Panama made by Colibrí (an independent distillery) from cane honey and molasses, distilled in a copper still and aged for 12 months in a 50l barrel of medium toast tropical native oak, creating a great amalgam of spicy flavors on the palate. BEYOND OAK! We age our rums with a wide variety of woods from Panama, the Amazon, North America and Europe. 40% Alc.Vol./ABV. Unfiltered and without added sugars or caramel.
