Saffron Island is the result of the union between Xoriguer Distilleries and iSafrà. Two producers from the island who, following an artisanal production process, combine tradition and innovation in a premium gin that draws from the history of Menorca and its English domination.
Ingredients: Juniper, saffron harvested on the island of Menorca, ginger, aloe vera, cardamom, and orange are the ingredients of Saffron Island. A gin first made on the Pinto Island, "Saffron Island," in the Port of Mahón by English sailors in the 18th century.
The Saffron Island recipe seeks to recover the medicinal blends created by ancient alchemists. 5 cl. Saffron Island Gin Tonic Orange peel and cinnamon in a balloon glass.

APPEARANCE: Intense honey color.
AROMA: Deep with hints of orange and saffron flower.
