An English winter seasonal ale, with 6.0% alcohol content and high fermentation.
Amber in color with creamy foam and small bubbles. The aroma of toasted malt is instantly noticeable. Spices such as pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon are present, giving it a spicy touch.
The malt is more evident on the palate, providing finesse and a delicious balanced and sweet caramel flavor, balancing towards a warm, bitter and sparkling spicy finish with fruit notes thanks to fermentation in Yorkshire's open stone tanks.
It can be paired with roasted or smoked poultry, lamb ribs, or Christmas pie.
