It is a dessert made with the dough of a traditional doughnut baked over low heat that makes the dough juicy and fluffy.

The doughnut flower has such a characteristic and special shape, which is why it gets its name. It is formed by 6 petals and 1 center that have exactly the same size to make it easy to divide each piece.
