Instructions
In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of oil and add the contents of the bag. Stir for 1 minute. Add 7g of salt (or to taste). If desired, you can add 50ml of white wine and let it evaporate. Gradually add about 750ml of hot water, stirring until it becomes creamy and al dente (medium heat). Remove from heat and, if desired, mix with parmesan cheese. *For one person, the quantities are about 95g of rice and 300ml of water. Remember to shake the bag beforehand to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
