CULINARY USES:

PREPARATION:
To hydrate them, soak in water with a little salt for at least 5 hours. The hydration water can be used to enrich rice, pasta, soups, creams, or sauces.
If you are going to use the dried mushrooms in a dish that requires cooking, add the mushrooms directly as an ingredient without the need to hydrate them beforehand.
