The white wine Siah is a wine from the Ribeiro denomination of origin made with Godello, Treixadura and Albariño elaborated by Isabel Salgado.
This white wine is produced using indigenous grape varieties from Galicia, specifically from Leiro (Orense), under the Ribeiro appellation of origin: Treixadura, Godello and Albariño.
SIAH is the result of the dedication of Isabel Salgado, a renowned winemaker who worked at Bodegas Fillaboa for 22 years, specializing in the creation of Galician white wines.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in a French oak Foudre, maintaining a controlled temperature between 14º and 16ºC, followed by aging on lees for a period of 9 months. The process concludes with filtering and bottling in July 2020.
It presents itself as a young wine with a bright straw yellow color. On the palate, it stands out for its balance, with a perfectly fused acidity, resulting in a delicious and lingering taste. Aroma of ripe fruit, apple and white flower, with toasted and spicy touches from its time in wood, along with a delicate essence of yeast.
