CHIVITE COLECCION 125 VENDIMIA TARDIA 375CL

Chivite Collection 125 Vendimia Tardía is a white wine from the D.O. Navarra made by the Chivite winery. It is a single-varietal Moscatel de Grano Menudo whose grapes come from the vineyard owned by the El Candelero winery, which was planted in 1969 and harvested in 12 selections from October to December.

The harvest is carried out in a very meticulous way, selecting the grapes grain by grain. Once in the cellar, the clusters ferment in French oak barrels. Subsequently, Chivite Collection 125 Vendimia Tardía is aged, which takes place in the same tanks for about five months.
