The oil has a light green color with hints of lime. On the nose, it has the aroma of herbs from the mountains, rockrose, and artichoke, with a touch of nuts like almonds.
On the palate, it is slightly spicy and bitter, a very fine oil with great harmony. The aftertaste is very almond-like, with a slight hint of almond.
