Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a marked green olive fruitiness. Those nuances reminiscent of green fruits such as banana, almond and apple wrapped in a fresh aroma of freshly cut grass stand out. Notes of pollen and camomile are detected. The bitterness is barely present, while the spiciness appears at the end, creating a menthol sensation that deeply enriches the oral cavity.
