Product made with the highest quality lean meat from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. Its maturation and drying is done in natural drying sheds, in a slow process that reaches three months of curing. It is advisable to open the package and leave the product in the air 30 minutes before consumption, so we get it to temper, and recover all its characteristics and flavor
