Its flavour is very pleasant, sweet and smooth. When cut, it has an attractive cherry red colour, good infiltration and veining, and a shine characteristic of its great quality. It is advisable to open the package and leave the product to air 30 minutes before consumption, so we get it to temper, and recover all its characteristics and flavor
