Smoked Seitan 250G Pas

Vegetable biopreparation based on seitan. Ingredients: Water, wheat gluten*(seitan)(23.3%), sunflower oil*, oat flakes*, textured soybeans*, onion*, wheat flour*, soy sauce*(water, soybeans*, whole wheat*, salt), sea salt, natural flavor (2%), yeast extract* (contains wheat*), spices*, thickener: locust bean gum*. (*Organic farming). Allergenic Information: Contains: wheat, oats and soy. May contain: peanuts, almond, hazelnut, dairy, egg, mustard, sesame and celery. Storage. Store between 0 and 6ºC; Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Instructions for use. Cut into slices of approximately 1.5 cm thick. In frying pan: Grease the frying pan and place over medium heat (100°C). When the oil is hot, add the product and cook for a minute and a half on each side. In oven: Preheat the oven to 150°C (heat up-down + air). Lightly grease the surface of the product and place it on a baking tray in the middle position. Bake for 14 minutes.
