Thoroughly cook before consumption (Temperature higher than 75ºC in the center of the product)
Add the Croquettes directly from frozen and in small quantities to the pan or fryer with
plenty of very hot oil (180 ºC) and fry them until they are golden brown (4–5 minutes). Let
rest for 1 minute.
The possible fractioning of the product allows for multiple uses, storing the unused portion
frozen.
