GINBEAR, A 100% MADRID GIN
Continuing with the good work of our classic GinBear (bear in English), is born its version “FRESA”.
And ? what's so special about it? First of all, it uses fresh strawberries, a detail that differentiates it from others that use industrial essences or strawberry purée. The rest of the ingredients are fresh, except for the spices. The long macerations of 10 days are another unmistakable hallmark of Alambique de Santa Marta. Finally, it is distilled over a low heat and cut in the style of the best Cognac masters. The result is an aromatic and concentrated alcohol, jealously kept in stainless steel tanks for a month and a half. Before bottling, it is reduced with water, filtered and ready. The aromatic concentrate is bottled in its entirety. In total, each bottle of GinBear Strawberry takes almost two months to brew. And be careful, we do not add sugar or coloring because a gin distilled in copper stills, like ours, always comes out transparent.
