STUFFED SQUID

Stuffed squid. 250gr portion.

Delicious squid cooked in their ink, steamed and slowly stewed with various vegetables and authentic squid ink. For the preparation of the sauce for the stuffed squid, we use onion, fresh tomato, green pepper and extra virgin olive oil, in addition to the fresh squid. All the ingredients are slowly cooked until a thick and smooth sauce is obtained.
