Roncal D.O. cheese is made from raw sheep's milk. It is an entirely natural product, obtained from the milking of healthy sheep, mainly of the Latxa breed, which feed on pasture and forage.
The area where this cheese is made and ripened is exclusive to the seven municipalities that make up the Roncal Valley: Burgui, Garde, Isaba, Roncal, Urzainqui, Uztárroz and Vidángoz
We present it vacuum-packed in portions of 375 gr.
