Our philosophy
The experience acquired in the field of
organic pigs since 2003 led us to create this dream that today continues to live more alive and with more desire to move forward than ever.
We understand that no one can be the best at everything. At first we have ensured the supply of raw materials through our own farms. Later we got to work on the development of our project with the best organic sausage manufacturers in the country. They put their experience and knowledge. We are our raw material. And the best product comes from both. Working with the best has led us to be able to serve the best customers.
OUR FARMS
Sueños de Alba Ganadera has its own farms in the province of Ávila and Teruel. With this, we guarantee the control and supply of the raw material that we need for the production of our fresh and cured products.
The raising of our pigs is carried out following the strict requirements of
ecological legislation.
The pens are open, with a reduced density per animal where the animal can play, de-stress and fulfill its life cycle in the best open conditions.
Aging and process
At our farm
animal welfare is a priority . The pigs are Duroc, and are fed with cereals, legumes and forages of ecological origin and from certified companies.
All breeding is focused on the preventive care of the animals to eliminate any unnecessary use of antibiotics, in order to maintain healthy conditions in the animals and avoid an impact on the environment.
In addition, our farm produces compost that is used to fertilize the farms of other organic farmers.
With this we help to maintain the cycle of organic farming.
