SWEET CURRY

Mixture of 13 different spices

Ideal for making vegetable curries, serving them with basmati rice. Mild flavor.

Can be used with chicken, rice, vegetables, legumes, vinaigrettes, prawns, and fish.

Usage suggestion, add a tablespoon to the stir-fry. Also ideal for marinating meat, or in legume dishes, soups, or creams.

Ingredients: Turmeric, cumin, coriander, mustard, fenugreek, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper, cardamom, cayenne, clove.
