After distillation in copper stills this tequila is subjected to a period of aging of 1 year American oak casks that give it a pungent flavor and a creamy texture.
Tequila Corralejo stale has a sweet aroma of vanilla and honey that leaves the way to a light touch that mixes with sea salt and coconut. In the mouth it is fruity with touches of lemon, lime, honey and pepper. It has a smooth and elegant finish.
