Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila is a young, white tequila made from 100% Blue Agave grown in the Altos, Jalisco region of Mexico. Designed for bartenders by bartenders, it is one of the few tequilas that includes the Tahona method in its process, a tradition of over 500 years; the agave is macerated with volcanic stone, which provides a much more intense flavor and highlights the aromatic properties of the plant.
