Tequila Volcan Blanco 70cl. It is the result of an assembly between agave from Valles and Altos. The agave de valleys is cooked in the oven, ground in a pan and fermented in a wooden tank, while the agave from Altos is cooked in an autoclave, ground in a mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
