Our favorite! Farmer's goat cheese made with raw milk from the Pyrenees.
This is a cheese made from around 500g of raw goat's milk with an undetermined fat content. It belongs to the family of soft cheeses with washed rinds. Its slight fermentation odor reveals a strong and creamy taste. The color of its thin rind is pink. The ideal tasting period is from March to December. The Fiancé des Pyrénées is a goat cheese from the Ariège region. It is made by a couple of producers inspired by the production of reblochon. A Pyrenean delicacy to be discovered.
