How to use:
Decoction (boil for 3-5 minutes) add a tablespoon of herbal tea per 200 ml of water, rest, strain and serve. Take 2 times a day, morning and evening. Sweeten to taste. Avoid during pregnancy, lactation and in children under 12 years of age. Contraindicated in case of treatment with thyroid hormones.
Ingredients:
Fucus (Fucus Vesiculosus), horsetail (Equisetum Arvensis), peppermint (Mentha Piperita L.), fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare Miller), dandelion (Taraxacum Officinalis) and frangula (Rhamus Frangula).
