Tostadillas are the typical pastries from the Liébana area in Cantabria.
For their preparation, a sweet local wine called Tostadillo, made by Casa Cayo, is used.
The pastry has a donut shape and its "mini" format allows for easy consumption in one bite.
It is perfect for coffee time.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Iberian lard, sugar, butter, eggs, tostadillo wine (sulphites) (1%) and vanilla flavor.
