Tokyo Night Gin is distilled from sugarcane molasses. It is made with a secret recipe that uses numerous plants (mostly local), such as yuzu peel or independent producers' matcha powder (green tea). These are combined with juniper berries, coriander seeds, and licorice root. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours. This craft gin can be served with tonic or mixed into your favorite cocktails!
