TORO Pilsen BEER matured in Pedro Ximénez barrels

The Osborne Foundation and Cerveza Mica have created a joint project that has resulted in Cerveza TORO, a beer made with natural ingredients and matured in centenary sherry casks, which contains the essence of two worlds, beer and wine.

Color	Straw yellow almost golden in colour and super clear for an unfiltered, natural beer
Aroma	Fruity aromas, herbal hints from the hops with small hints of fresh bread dough and yeast
Flavour	Flavour in the mouth harmony and freshness, but above all a very pleasant taste of the typical hops of this Pilsen beer, with delicate dry touches of almond so characteristic of the Pedro Ximénez wine, which appears to give it a perfect acidity.
