Tasting Notes

Mature fruity with medium-low intensity, with notes of tomato and garden fruits, such as artichoke. Certain tones with a slight smell of spices appear.

Its organoleptic characteristics make it the perfect EVOO for home cooking to be used regularly in all dishes. We propose its use for red meats, aged cheeses, potatoes, dressings, salads, and very interesting for frying due to its great stability at high temperatures.
