Tottori Whisky is the result of the competence and stylistic consistency of the Matsui distillery, with a tradition of more than a century behind. It is made in honor of the art of making Japanese whiskey and Tottori province, home of the distillery since 1910. It is a very limited handcrafted production that owes its high quality to the clean, fresh water from Tottori's natural springs. It is aged for 3 years in toasted oak barrels.
Bright golden yellow in colour, it has an elegant and balanced nose of ripe fruit, spice and oak. The sip is rich and complex, with floral notes leaving room for more evolved aromas of vanilla and chocolate. It closes with a slightly sweet and lingering finish characterized by hints of oak.
Recommended to serve on the rocks or to make the long drink of Highball.
