Traditional Valhalla mead 1/3

Inspired by the Mead that the Vikings drank, like King Ragnar Lodbrok. It is a straw-colored melon, with a cloudy appearance, as this mead is not filtered or clarified, as befits a craft product, unique and with its own character. Its aroma is slightly fruity, reminiscent of natural cider. Semi-dry in flavor, smooth and with low persistence so it does not overly sweeten the palate. Ideal for drinking alone or pairing with cured meats and cheeses. It pairs very well with gouda cheese and other fatty cheeses. Pairing: Ideal for tapas. Valhalla Mead does not contain gluten.
