A diverse and balanced cheese platter as we like it featuring six varieties of cheese from our French regions.
This cheese board we offer is composed of four families of cheeses (hard, soft with bloomy rind, soft with washed rind and finally blue-veined).
This "must-have", including mild but also more assertive flavours, has been imagined to meet all tastes.
We have carefully selected the cheeses on this platter because they allow you to satisfy all the tastes and desires of your guests:
To accompany your cheese tasting, we advise you to vary the wines according to the cheeses. Indeed, hard and soft cheeses go perfectly with a dry and powerful white wine such as a Jura wine or a Riesling, while blue-veined cheeses are served with both red and white sweet wines. Finally, goat's milk cheeses are best served with a cool white wine (Chablis or Sancerre in particular).
Reminder:
The order contains the cheeses, the tray (optional), the labels. For the best possible tasting, take your cheese tray out of the refrigerator before tasting. A golden rule for tasting: start with the mildest cheese and work your way up in flavor.
