The Tres Leches de Pría Rojo cheese is the latest creation elaborated in the Pría cheese factory, to the recipe of the 3 milks cheese, whose name comes from the 3 milks used in the elaboration, cow 50%, sheep 45% and goat milk cream 5%, carotene is added, which is a natural coloring of vegetable origin (found in carrots, tomatoes, seaweed...) to modify the color, and also paprika is added to the curd to modify the flavor, becoming slightly spicy and with an orange color to the mass) to modify the color, and paprika is also added to the curd to modify the flavor, turning the dough slightly spicy and orange-colored.
